Jasmin Clarifying Toner

This mild yet effective toner for all skin types, helps refine surface texture while providing the ideal preparation for a moisturizer. It is made with Jasmin Hydrolat, that is a non-alcoholic toning formula that gently removes surface debris and remaining residue while hydrating and comforting skin. pH-balanced for optimal comfort and will not over-dry or strip of it's natural oils.

Directions: After cleaning, moisten a cotton pad with the toner and apply to face, avoiding the immediate eye area. Follow with a moisturizer.
